ISO-CON-90 - Complete Monitoring System

The ISO-CON-90 system is a complete turnkey monitoring solution for isolators.

The system comprises an ISO-90 monitoring head plus an ISO- CON flow control unit. The ISO-90 head occupies minimal space within the isolator by keeping the pump and control unit separate and away from the head. The ISO-CON has a touchscreen display with the familiar CAMS intuitive user interface.

ISO-CON-IFC – Integrated Flow Controller

A complete turnkey Annex 1 compliant monitoring solution for isolators.

The ISO-CON-IFC system is a complete turnkey monitoring solution for isolators.

The system comprises an ISO-90 monitoring head plus an ISO-CON-IFC integrated flow control unit which includes a VHP decontamination loop.

The ISO-CON-IFC is designed to mount into the technical area of an Isolator and be fully controlled via Ethernet/MODBUS.

The design allows for an easy upgrade from popular isolator viable samplers to continuous viable monitoring for full Annex 1 compliance.

Using the ISO-90 head mounted directly onto a reduced size ISO-CON and introducing low power electronics has made it possible to produce the first Annex 1 compliant compact desktop portable mains monitor.

ImpactAir-90-HF - High Flow Portable Monitor

Ideal for large volume or fast air sampling.

Using the ISO-90 head mounted directly onto a full size ISO-CON with our most powerful pump is the High Flow option. This is aimed at existing ImpactAir-140 users who wish to maintain the previous flow parameters.

ImpactAir-140

The original ImpactAir product, using 14cm plates for monitoring. ImpactAir-140 is an ISO14698 validated, slit-to-agar microbial air monitoring device.

Designed for continuous monitoring in high-grade areas where in-process sampling of viable particles is critical, ImpactAir does not shed particles. It is easily operated via a touch screen user interface, and can be used alongside particle counters, Viable sampling efficiency is maximised due to unique precision sensing and control of the air inlet to agar surface distance, ensuring a consistent d50 <0.5µm throughout a run. Petri dish rotation under the inlet slit presents fresh agar throughout, dramatically reducing the probability of 'twin impingement' for enhanced accuracy and enabling an estimate of any event times during key processes. Use of a single 140mm petri dish allows continuous sampling from minutes up to several hours.
